We are looking for a passionate, innovative and experienced engineers with a proven track record in leading the evolution of software products and their implementation in various markets comfortable both working hands-on as well as guiding and mentoring a team of engineers and critically always challenging the status quo and pushing and driving the technology roadmap to ensure that the solutions leverage technology to the maximum extent Role : Whats it all about and what do we expect you to do day to day - Own complex problems having dependency across services and facilitate cross-functional team interactions to drive resolution - Define, design, and develop procedures and solutions at a service level to meet the business requirements/enhancements - Drive prioritization decisions and trade-offs in working with product partners - Identify opportunities and build roadmaps to enhance primary service/function - Automate and simplify all aspects of software delivery and development by actively evangelizing the need to automate and simplify where needed. - Drive seamless integration across all connected services to meet end-user expectations - Drive blameless postmortems culture to identify root causes of incidents and implement learnings - Introduce new technologies and architecture by following enterprise guidelines - Advocate for engineering principles outside of current organization/platform - Provide development and architecture guidance to team members - Build relationships and effective partnerships across organizations - Make difficult decisions on behalf of the team if required - Lead by example with hands-on approaches to demonstrate engineering excellence About You : - Hands-on experience in designing solutions and full stack development in modern technologies for large enterprise technology platforms and systems. . - Strong knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. - Specific expertise in Java, Springboot, Angular, Postgres, Test Automation - Has experience designing and implementing solutions focusing on the non-functional concerns Performance, Scalability, Availability, Extensibility, Supportability, Usability - Operate with urgency, fairness and decency to address challenges and solve for new opportunities. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managementm, BizOps, TechOps, customer experience - Strong communicator to maintain internal and external alignment. - Experienced in agile and SDLC practices - Able to interact with product and business stakeholders independently,
