Purpose of the Job:
Build TW Portfolio by increasing productivity per TW-IRO to 15 per month. Ensure that the portfolio is clean by maintaining PDD under 2% and X+<0.1%. Timely trainings to be conducted to build capacity across team members. Fair adherence to process compliance and audit
Describe the KPIs against each perspective
Key Performance Indicators
- Business and Financial Management
- Attain minimum productivity of 15 TW loan / month / TW -IRO
- Maintain PDD < 2%
- Ensure FICC charge creation on all the vehicles
- Build dealer relationships
- Ensure dealer payouts are streamlined
- Maintain Portfolio quality at X+<0.1%
- Process compliance and audit
Customer Focus
- Customer query resolution
- Ensure servicing of customer request
- Evaluate competition best/fair practices and recommend to the product team for process streamlining
- People / Team
- Conducting fortnight trainings on Product, Process, Policy and others aspects of business
- Productivity analysis of each TW-IRO and steps to improve the same
- Process / Quality Improvement
- Portfolio performance X+ < 0.1%
- Identify and address scope of fraud
- Process adherences according to the formulated processes
