- Role : Program Manager Location : Sector 67 Gurgaon Our client is a Series A funded startup at the forefront of revolutionizing the medical devices industry through our B2B marketplace. Our platform connects manufacturers, suppliers, and healthcare providers, ensuring access to high-quality medical products across the industry. Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have an MBA from a premier institute and 2 to 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within the healthcare or B2B marketplace sectors. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our projects align with business objectives in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities Program Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic programs, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of projects. Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. Performance Tracking: Develop and implement KPIs to monitor project performance, and provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and outcomes. Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs, ensuring our programs are aligned with market demands. Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered within the allocated financial resources. Qualifications Education: MBA from a premier institute is mandatory. Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in program management, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the healthcare or B2B marketplace sectors. Skills: Strong project and program management skills with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess project performance and implement improvements. Experience with risk management and the development of mitigation strategies. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the medical devices industry or healthcare sector. Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment. Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
