- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in program management. Preferred qualifications: Experience in forecasting/planning/supply chain and implementing process improvements. Experience interacting with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels. Excellent problem solving skills and interest for automation and process improvements. Responsibilities Manage and execute processes for timely, cost effective procurement while working with suppliers/partners and internal cross-functional teams. Conceptualize and build capabilities on spend analytics, leveraging advanced data analytics skills to drive executive alignment and operational efficiency. Drive cost productivity improvements through price negotiations, secondary sourcing, procurement process improvements. Source and escalation activities with our Suppliers and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs) for price, lead-time or shortage issues. Drive timely release of orders, material delivery to hub, root cause analysis for late deliveries. ,
