- Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Manager/Project Manager in Testing to lead our Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong technical expertise in Quality Engineering, and a proven ability to handle clients, manage teams, and resolve complex QA challenges. The role demands a proactive leader who can thrive under pressure, work across diverse time zones, and bring innovation to QA practices. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication. Understand client requirements, address their concerns, and provide timely updates on QA progress and challenges. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, allocating tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met. Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, even under high-pressure situations. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and productivity. Quality Engineering Expertise: Identify and resolve QA-related issues, ensuring project quality. Analyze challenges in testing processes and implement effective solutions. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the QA domain and implement them to improve QA processes. Project Management: Oversee end-to-end testing activities, ensuring timely delivery within deadlines. Develop test plans, strategies, and schedules aligned with project goals. Monitor progress, anticipate risks, and take corrective actions where necessary. Automation & Tools: Lead efforts to implement and optimize test automation frameworks and tools. Ensure the integration of automation into the overall QA strategy. Cross-Border Collaboration: Coordinate with global teams across different time zones to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain flexibility to address project needs in a cross-border, multi-cultural work environment. Performance Under Pressure: Demonstrate the ability to work in high-pressure environments while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Key Requirements: Experience: 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on leading teams and managing end-to-end QA processes. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and lead teams. Proven expertise in Quality Engineering and a deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve challenges in testing. Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools. Ability to work in cross-border time zones and manage distributed teams. Technical Knowledge: Up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the QA domain. Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, etc., is preferred. Leadership: Strong leadership qualities with a proven ability to manage teams and deliver results under tight deadlines and high-pressure conditions. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certified in QA-related certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE). Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Hands-on experience with performance testing tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based testing platforms. Location & Work Conditions: Flexibility to work across time zones and collaborate with global teams. Ability to adapt to high-pressure environments and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
