Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester QA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automated testing methodologies, with proficiency in tools such as Cypress and Test Complete. As an Automation Tester QA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the development and execution of automated test scripts. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress and Test Complete to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and strategies. 3. Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement. 4. Work closely with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues identified during testing. 5. Continuously enhance test automation frameworks and infrastructure to improve efficiency and test coverage. 6. Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in test automation and quality assurance. 8. Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the QA team on test automation techniques and best practices. 9. Contribute to the overall improvement of the QA process by identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization. 10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide timely updates on testing progress, issues, and risks. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in automated testing using Cypress and Test Complete. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar. Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for quality and continuous improvement.
