We are looking for a Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer collections, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role is crucial for minimizing bad debts and ensuring a smooth financial process.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers for pending or overdue payments through calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and payment statuses.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely repayments.
Address customer queries and provide solutions regarding payment schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes and escalate issues when necessary.
Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance while dealing with customers.
Provide daily reports on collections and outstanding amounts.
Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory: Proficiency in English and Hindi (both spoken and written).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to handle objections and convince customers professionally.
Knowledge of financial products and lending platforms is an added advantage.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
