Your Mission As an Associate IT Service Desk Analyst, youll be the first line of IT support, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth operations. 24x7 Support: Provide Level 1 IT service desk support to users via email and helpdesk tools. Incident Management: Track, resolve, and escalate IT issues in accordance with SLAs. Service Desk Ownership: Manage and maintain efficient service desk processes. Communication: Effectively communicate with users using our Knowledge Management Tool. Reporting: Report known outages and service impacts to ensure uninterrupted operations. What You Bring Experience with helpdesk tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or Remedy. Understanding of ITIL Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English. Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively under pressure. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends. Bonus Points if you have: Familiarity with Oracle & Cloud technologies. ITIL v3 certification (nice to have, not mandatory).
