- Job Title: Client Relationship & Backend Executive Investor Servicing Location: Kolkata Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 25,000 per month Job Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Female Candidate to join our team as a Client Relationship & Backend Executive Investor Servicing. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali and be capable of handling investor queries, managing backend operations, and ensuring smooth client servicing. Key Responsibilities: Act as a primary point of contact for investors, addressing their queries and providing necessary assistance. Maintain and update client records, ensuring all data is accurate and well-organized. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless investor servicing and issue resolution. Handle documentation, agreements, and reports related to investor transactions. Support backend operations, including follow-ups, MIS reporting, and data management. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering professional and prompt service. Key Requirements: Female candidate preferred for this role. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Prior experience in client servicing, backend support, or investor relations will be an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is preferred.
