Global Insurance expertise and a customer centric approach Vertical focused and technology enabled Learning Organization People First Culture Job-Summary: We are looking for a Security Analyst with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Threat Hunting, Azure Security, Log Analysis, and Asset Onboarding to Defender. The ideal candidate will play a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents while strengthening the organizations security posture. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze security alerts from Microsoft Defender and take necessary responses. Configure, manage, and use Microsoft Sentinel for SIEM/SOAR operations, incident detection, and response. Perform threat hunting to proactively identify security threats and vulnerabilities across IT infrastructure. Assess and enhance Azure security, ensuring compliance with best practices and security frameworks. Conduct log analysis from various security tools and cloud environments to detect anomalies and threats. Onboard, configure, and manage assets in Microsoft Defender, ensuring security policies are enforced. Investigate and respond to security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend mitigation strategies. Develop security reports, dashboards, and alerts for continuous monitoring and risk assessment. Collaborate with IT and security teams to improve incident response processes and security automation. Stay updated with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4-6 years of experience in cybersecurity, with expertise in Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Security, and Threat Hunting. Strong hands-on experience with log analysis and security event correlation. Understanding of Azure security controls, including identity management, network security, and compliance. Experience with SIEM/SOAR tools, preferably Microsoft Sentinel. Proficiency in investigating security incidents and implementing security measures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
