Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Agent, located in Bhubaneswar. The Call Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Call Agent is expected to maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow communication protocols, and collaborate with other team members to improve service efficiency. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication in Odia and Hindi and active listening skills Proficiency in customer service practices and problem-solving Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to work full-time and on-site in Bhubaneswar Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage,
