Job Description
- IoT Architect to design, develop, and maintain IoT systems and solutions. The IoT Engineer will be responsible for creating connected devices, developing software for IoT applications, and ensuring seamless communication between devices and AWS cloud. This role requires a strong understanding of IoT technologies, embedded systems, and communication protocols. Key Responsibilities Development & Implementation : Working experience in Video Streaming Design and develop IoT solutions, including hardware, firmware, and software components. Implement and test IoT systems, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, and security requirements. Able to bring up edge computing devices and Linux knowledge is must Develop and maintain embedded software for IoT devices. Connectivity & Integration Integrate IoT devices with cloud platforms and enterprise systems. Ensure reliable communication between devices using protocols like MQTT. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure interoperability and seamless data flow. Testing & Troubleshooting Conduct thorough testing of IoT systems to identify and resolve any issues. Perform debugging and troubleshooting of hardware and software components. Optimize performance and efficiency of IoT solutions through continuous monitoring and refinement. Security & Compliance Implement security measures to protect IoT devices and data from unauthorized access. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Regularly update firmware and software to address security vulnerabilities. Documentation & Support Create and maintain detailed documentation for IoT projects, including design specifications, user manuals, and technical reports. Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers. Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality IoT solutions. Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience 10+ years of experience in IoT development, embedded systems, or related fields. Hands-on experience with IoT platforms, sensors, and communication protocols. Technical Skills Proficiency in programming languages such as Python(Must), or Java. Experience with IoT protocols like MQTT. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS IoT. Good to have knowledge on jetson board Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and real-time operating systems (RTOS). Understanding of network protocols, security, and data encryption. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
