Job Description:
Conduct thorough quality checks of articles in our knowledge base to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards.
Review and verify that all quality elements, such as formatting, grammar, and content accuracy, are applied in draft articles.
Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements to enhance the quality of the articles.
Collaborate with Supply Chain associates to apply changed needed and ensure that all quality requirements are met.

Experience:
Previous experience with ServiceNow.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication skills in English.
