- Location: NOIDA Company: ENERGY7 About Us ENERGY7 is a technology-driven company specializing in IoT-based remote diagnostics and predictive maintenance for railway signaling systems. We integrate sensors, SCADA, AI, and analytics to enhance railway infrastructure reliability. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in IoT, sensors, and SCADA systems to lead execution-driven projects in predictive maintenance and remote monitoring. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in project execution involving hardware integration (IoT, SCADA, sensors), software implementation, and data analytics. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of IoT and SCADA-based predictive maintenance projects. Oversee the deployment and integration of industrial sensors, controllers, and communication protocols (Modbus TCP, MQTT, OPC UA, etc.). Manage SCADA-based remote monitoring systems, ensuring real-time data acquisition and system reliability. Supervise software development, including cloud-based IoT platforms and on-premise applications. Utilize data analytics and AI-driven predictive models to optimize failure detection and system performance. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, software, and field execution teams. Ensure project delivery within timelines while maintaining compliance with railway industry standards. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in project execution related to IoT, SCADA, sensor-based systems, and predictive maintenance. Strong expertise in industrial communication protocols (Modbus TCP, OPC UA, MQTT, CAN, etc.). Hands-on experience in IoT sensor integration, SCADA implementation, and field deployment. Knowledge of software systems for remote monitoring, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and industrial automation. Experience in AI-driven predictive maintenance, failure detection, and analytics visualization is a plus. Familiarity with JIRA, Trello, MS Project or other project management tools. PMP/Prince2 certification is preferred but not mandatory. Key Skills IoT & Industrial Sensors: Hands-on experience with sensor integration, edge devices, and controllers. SCADA & Industrial Automation: Working knowledge of SCADA systems for remote monitoring. Software Development & Integration: Understanding of cloud platforms, software tools, and industrial automation software. Data Analytics & AI: Exposure to predictive maintenance, failure analytics, and AI-driven decision-making. Project Execution & Leadership: Strong ability to lead teams, execute projects efficiently, and manage timelines.
