Job Description
- Scope Recommends and engineers software solutions for product teams. Works directly with customers and support team members to find a resolution for product-related issues. Works in a self-organized agile team and mentors team members on processes and technical design for release deliverables. The team currently comprises of 60+ global associates across US, India (COE) and is expected to grow rapidly. The incumbent will need to have leadership qualities to also mentor junior and mid-level software associates in our team. Our Current Technical Environment Software: C#, .Net, .Net core, Rest API, OAuth, C#, ASP.net, Web APIs, JavaScript, HTML5, MVC Architecture, Azure Frameworks/Others: .Net, JS Frameworks like ReactJS Material Application Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture. Cloud Architecture: MS Azure (Application gateway, Virtual Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD) Devops: CI/CD, GITHub and Github Actions OS: Windows What You Will Do Software development and coding .NET and .NET Core w/ C# Develop UI components with ReactJS Developing microservices Ability to write TDD with NUnit. Ability to communicate with RoW team. Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills What We Are Looking For 3+ Years of experience in IT with product development experience. Hands on programming experience on Windows IS A MUST with C#, .net Core, Web APIs, JavaScript, HTML5, SQL Server, etc. JS Frameworks like ReactJS Material, etc. Strong multi-threaded application development and debugging skills Microsoft Azure working experience will be added advantage. Expertise in Object oriented programming, data structures and STL. Knowledge on Design Patterns Solid background in data structures and algorithms. Understanding of database concepts Demonstrates good understanding of the product and its architecture. Quick learner Experience in developing multi-threaded applications. Experience with REST, JSON & web services. Scrum or Kanban experience. GIT and Jenkins experience. Expected to have Sound software engineering practices and a passion for quality. Must have a proven record of meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality. Strong communication skills are essential, both written and oral, targeted at a wide variety of internal and external audiences. Must have good idea about customer deployment scenarios and experience in dealing with peer teams outside engineering.
