- Job Description We are looking for a highly-motivated experienced Cyber Security Lead with 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with a proven track record of leading cybersecurity initiatives to join our dynamic team. The Cyber Security Lead will be responsible for spearheading cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring the protection of the organizations digital assets and infrastructure. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing robust cybersecurity strategies, leading incident response efforts, and fostering a culture of security awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cybersecurity, exceptional leadership skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating cyber threats. Key Skills Bachelors degree in a related field or relevant certification/s in OSCP, CEH, and eJPT is a plus. In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, technologies, and regulations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex cybersecurity concepts to diverse audiences. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices. Continuously assess and enhance cybersecurity measures to address evolving threats and vulnerabilities. Oversee security operations, including monitoring, detection, and response to security events and threats. Implement security controls and technologies to protect critical assets and infrastructure. Lead incident response efforts to swiftly detect, contain, and mitigate cybersecurity incidents. Establish and refine incident response processes and procedures to ensure effective handling of security breaches. Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats and trends through threat intelligence analysis. Utilize threat intelligence to proactively identify and mitigate potential cyber threats. Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and frameworks. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard against cyber threats. Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and promote a security-conscious culture. Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to design and implement secure architectures and solutions. Evaluate and recommend security technologies and tools to enhance the organizations cybersecurity posture.,
