Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for network projects. Develop detailed project plans, including technical specifications, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. Technical Expertise: Understand and evaluate network technologies like LAN, WAN, VPN, routing protocols, firewalls, and load balancing. Analyze network performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies. Collaborate with network engineers to design and implement new network architectures. Stay updated on emerging network technologies and industry trends Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management. Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications for network projects. Present project updates and status reports to stakeholders. Address concerns and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, Golang developers, Python Pytest automation. Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor team performance. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, Segment Routing, EVPN, VXLAN, WLAN) Proficiency in network infrastructure devices (routers, switches, firewalls) Knowledge of network monitoring and analysis tools Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) Excellent time management and organizational skills Excellent People management Skills Able to initiate some value additions to the product / Projects Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Leadership and decision-making capabilities Role: Technical Project Manager (Networking) Experience: 12-15 Yrs Location: Bengalore,
