Job Description

We are seeking a Robotics Engineer for a seed funded sustainable packaging startup.

Job Profile:

• Design, prototype, and test robotic systems for industrial, manufacturing, or commercial applications.
• Develop and program control systems using software platforms such as ROS, Python, or C++.
• Integrate sensors, actuators, and control units for optimal robot functionality.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize robotic systems for reliability and efficiency.
• Conduct simulations and analyze data to refine robotic performance and ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, to achieve project goals.
• Research and implement advancements in robotics technology to maintain industry leadership.
• Document design processes, configurations, and maintenance protocols for future reference.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java).
• Hands-on experience with robotic platforms, such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or PLCs.
• Knowledge of robotic operating systems (e.g., ROS) and CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Experience with machine vision systems, AI/ML integration, and IoT technologies is a plus.
