Job Description

The candidate for this position will be required to be involved in Outbound calling to clients based in the UK. Customer centric calls to qualify the clients for a discussion with solicitors.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed targets
Successfully create business from new customer accounts
Build rapport to make sure sale is closed

Qualifications

1-3 years of UK call center customer care experience
Experience and working knowledge of crm systems
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Out Bound Calling experience will be advantage
