Job Description

As a Travel Consultant at ATG Holidays Pvt. Ltd., you'll be responsible for planning and booking travel arrangements for clients, including international and domestic trips, while ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships

Responsibilities:
• Client Interaction & Needs Assessment:
  • Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and specific needs.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, activities, and travel options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Travel Planning & Booking:
  • Research and compare different travel options, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.
  • Create detailed and personalized itineraries for clients.
  • Book flights, hotels, tours, and other travel arrangements.
  • Manage reservations and ensure accurate and timely updates.
