Job Description: Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai
Salary: 7 LPA
Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is essential for driving sales and expanding our client base through strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives focused on Microsoft Dynamics products.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective short- and long-term sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
Client Acquisition: Identify and procure new clients through direct outreach, email campaigns, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth process.
Customer Engagement: Lead engagement with customers and partners, maintaining and strengthening existing relationships.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
Market Insights: Work closely with Microsoft India to stay informed about digital transformation trends and incorporate insights into sales strategies.
Feedback and Support: Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Experience and Qualifications:
Experience: freshers are welcome! software/services sales, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics products (ERP/CRM), or similar software
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics partner/channel ecosystem is a strong advantage.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in Mumbai.
