Job Description:
We are hiring for the International Collection Process (Voice) to join our team in Noida. Candidates should be comfortable with night shifts and possess strong communication skills. This role involves interacting with customers to manage collections in a US-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle international collection calls in a professional manner.
Meet and exceed individual and team targets set for collections.
Work on US rotational shifts with flexible days off.
Ensure clear communication with customers, handling queries effectively.
Qualifications:
Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate (freshers and experienced candidates are welcome).
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills.
Shift Requirement: Comfortable with night shifts.
