Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support / Customer Care Executives  (Domestic - Voice)

Salary: 14,000 CTC to 28,000 CTC 

Language Required: English / Hindi 

Knowledge: 

• Vernacular language fluency in regional language
• Manageable English, the person should be able to understand training in English and work on tools
• Basics knowledge of Computer

 
Requirement: 

• Resolving Customer queries on Banking process
• Working Window: Any 9 hrs between 7am to 7pm
• Looking for candidates with good communication in English

Qualification:Any Graduate or Undergraduate
