1. The Business Development Manager -who will be responsible for securing new revenue within the existing Muthoot franchise portfolio of clients as well as seeking out new clients.
2. Business Development of MFIN Branches in Remittances / Foreign Exchange.
3. Close Coordination with Zonal Heads, Regional Managers, Cluster BMs of the assigned state for Business Development in MFIN branches and push centrally driven business contests and campaigns in the mapped branches
4. Attend Meetings / Reviews conducted by MFIN, educate the Branch Heads about the CN & Remittance Business.
5. Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for retail forex and through cross selling while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationship.
6. Responsible for income targets set for the products for the respective branches.
7. Develop and maintain strong liaison with clients for repeated business or referrals.
