- Skills: Statistical Analysis, Machine Learning, Python Programming, Data Visualization, Predictive Modeling, Big Data, SQL, Data Mining, Job Description Work Location : Pune Experience : 1-2 years As data analyst in similar setup/customer Mfg./CPG/FMCG Required Skill Set Strong Hands-on Experience On Following MS SQL Advance Excel Power BI and DAX Good to have Power Automate DataLakes Strong Presentation skills data driven storytelling Nice to have Comfortable to converse in Kannada/Tamil/Telgu Key responsibilities Database Management: Utilize SQL Server for database design, optimization, and management, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers. Performance Optimization: Enhance the queries to resolve performance bottlenecks and ensure performant report generation. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales managers, dealers and retailers to help track and meet the sales targets. Troubleshooting and Debugging: Diagnose and fix bugs, perform root cause analysis, and proactively implement solutions to prevent future issues. Must Have Skill MS SQL, Advance Excel, Power BI, DAX and DataLakes. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Ensure data quality and accuracy through effective data validation techniques. Develop and manage Power BI data models to optimize performance and provide a reliable data source for dashboards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize advanced DAX functions to create calculated measures and custom visualizations. Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support data analysis and reporting needs. Proactively monitor the health, availability, and performance of reports and dashboards Provide support to end-users for PowerBI Dashboards, addressing queries and ensuring smooth usage. Manage user access and authorization for Dashboards, adhering to security guidelines. Maintain documentation for reports and dashboards, configurations, and issue resolution procedures. Analyze the performance of PowerBI Reports and dashboards, optimizing as needed. Identify opportunities for improvements and optimizations in DAX, processes and implement enhancements.
