Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Robotics Faculty to join our team at Podar Education Network in Tumakuru. This is a Full-Time, Mid-Level position offering an opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering quality education. The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and be eager to inspire students in the field of robotics through innovative teaching methods. Qualifications And Skills Subject Matter Expertise: Strong foundation in robotics concepts and teaching methods (Mandatory skill). Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions (Mandatory skill). Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in robotics (Mandatory skill). Effective Communication: Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Problem Solving: Proficient in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. Research Skills: Capacity to conduct thorough research and incorporate findings into teaching practice. Adaptability: Flexibility to modify teaching methods based on student needs and technological advancements. Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills to engage with colleagues and share teaching strategies and resources. Roles And Responsibilities Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans in the field of robotics, tailored to student learning levels. Mentor and guide students in robotic projects, ensuring they gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge. Stay abreast of developments in robotics education and integrate new technologies into the curriculum. Collaborate with faculty members to improve educational outcomes and implement best practices in teaching. Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback. Plan and oversee robotics-related extracurricular activities and competitions to engage students beyond the classroom. Maintain an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and success. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and stakeholders regarding student performance and development.,
