Banking Subject Matter Expert - 15+ Yrs of Experience We are looking for an experienced Banking SME to join our team and provide expert guidance on banking processes, regulations, and technology solutions. If you have 15+ years of experience in banking operations, strategy, and technology, and have a passion for driving innovation in the financial sector, this is your chance to make a significant impact! --- Role Purpose: Mandatory Skills: - 15+ years of experience in the banking industry, with a strong background in banking operations, digital banking, and financial products. - Expertise in financial technology (FinTech) and emerging banking technologies (e.g., blockchain, AI, mobile banking). - Strong consulting and client-facing skills with experience in gathering requirements, defining solutions, and delivering results. - Solid understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks in the banking sector. - Ability to drive banking transformation and digital innovation within financial institutions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: - Provide strategic insights and direction on banking operations, product development, and technology innovations. - Drive banking transformation initiatives, focusing on digital banking, fintech, and emerging technologies in the banking sector. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement banking solutions that align with business goals.
