Key Responsibilities for Sales Coordination :-
Assist the sales team with the preparation and processing of sales orders, quotes, and contracts.
Maintain accurate records of sales leads, contacts, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
Track and update sales data in CRM software or spreadsheets.
Prepare reports on sales activities, performance, and customer feedback.
Assist in the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses or direct them to the appropriate team member.
Key Responsibilities for Office Administration :-
Perform general office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper, ensuring easy access to important documents.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate events as needed.
Prepare and maintain office correspondence, including memos, letters, and reports.
Handle office equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs when necessary.
Ensure the office is well-organized, clean, and conducive to a productive work environment.
Additional Duties:
Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring seamless communication.
Assist with customer service inquiries and complaints, resolving them effectively and professionally.
Manage and organize company documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Provide general administrative support to senior management when required.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in sales coordination, office administration, or a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
Work Environment:
Office-based role, standard working hours 10:00 am 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday (1st and 3rd Saturdays will be worked)
