We are hiring for People Partner - HRBP for one of the leading organisation.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance on people-related matters, including organizational design, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and development.
Employee Engagement & Retention: Collaborate with business leaders to drive employee engagement initiatives and improve retention by identifying and addressing key employee concerns, implementing engagement surveys, and analysing results.
Talent Development & Succession Planning: Partner with the leadership team to identify skill gaps and work on developing tailored learning and development programs. Facilitate succession planning, and support talent pipelines to ensure high-performing teams.
Performance Management: Support and guide managers through the performance review process. Ensure that performance metrics are clearly aligned with business objectives, and provide tools and resources to foster continuous feedback and development.
Workforce Planning: Partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs and assist with workforce planning. Collaborate in implementing recruitment strategies and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Change Management: Lead and facilitate change management efforts, supporting leadership during transformations, organizational changes, and workforce adjustments.
Compliance & HR Policies: Ensure that HR policies, processes, and practices comply with local, regional, and global laws and regulations. Stay up-to-date with labour law changes and ensure effective implementation within the organization.
About the Candidate
3-6 years of experience in HR business partnering role.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Ability to influence senior leadership and provide strategic input.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of employees. Strong presentation skills and the ability to facilitate discussions and meetings effectively.
Conflict Resolution: Demonstrated expertise in conflict resolution, negotiation, and providing guidance on sensitive employee relations issues.
Change Management: Proven experience in leading and supporting change management initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Analytical Thinking: Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to use HR metrics to guide decisions and improve practices.
