Job Description
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in English, English Literature, or a related field is generally required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) is typically expected.
- Language Proficiency: Native-level English proficiency is a must.
- Teaching Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills are essential.
- Patience and Empathy: You'll need to be patient and empathetic when working with ESL learners.
- Creativity and Adaptability: Being creative and adaptable in your teaching methods is important.
- Planning and Organization: You'll need strong planning and organizational skills to prepare lessons and manage the classroom effectively.
