Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic STEM/Robotics Trainer to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field of robotics and education. The job location is in Nashik and Chandrapur. As a Junior-level role, the selected candidate will focus on delivering quality training in various aspects of robotics and STEM education. Qualifications And Skills Proficiency in programming (Mandatory skill) Solid understanding of artificial intelligence concepts applicable to robotics Experience with sensor integration for robotic applications Knowledge of Python programming language and its application in robotics Understanding of fundamental and advanced concepts in robotics Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages Passion for STEM education and the promotion of STEM careers to younger students Prior experience as a computer teacher or a similar training role in an educational setting Roles And Responsibilities Develop and deliver detailed lesson plans and instructional materials for robotics and STEM courses Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate students on basic and advanced robotics Integrate AI and sensor technologies into practical learning experiences for students Collaborate with school staff to assess and enhance the robotics curriculum Provide hands-on training and troubleshooting assistance during robotics projects and competitions Stay updated with the latest developments in robotics and STEM education to continuously improve training methods Mentor and guide students in the pursuit of STEM-related activities and careers Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment conducive to student growth and development,
