Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to enhance operational efficiency, support sales performance, and ensure data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will manage sales operations, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize data management systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and IT to improve reporting accuracy and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Operations & Performance Management:
• Analyze sales performance metrics, assist with forecasting, and ensure CRM data accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing to assess campaign effectiveness and sales impact.
2. Excel & Data Management:
• Develop advanced Excel reports with formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards.
• Automate sales data reporting to improve efficiency.
3. KPI & Business Reporting:
• Define and track KPIs for sales, marketing, and operations.
• Prepare reports on sales, revenue, and business growth.
4. Stakeholder Coordination:
• Serve as the point of contact between sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
• Provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
5. System & Process Optimization:
• Work with IT to optimize reporting systems, dashboards, and workflows.
• Ensure smooth data integration across systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced Excel expertise (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query).
• Experience in sales operations and performance tracking.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
