Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with a strong background in Spring Boot, Microservices, SQL, and Kafka. The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience in backend development and a deep understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Implement Kafka-based messaging systems to ensure efficient event-driven communication. Optimize and manage relational databases using SQL. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently. Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of backend services. Required Skills: Java Strong programming skills and object-oriented design principles. Spring Boot Experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices. Microservices Deep understanding of distributed systems and scalability. SQL Strong knowledge of relational databases and query optimization. Kafka (Mandatory) Hands-on experience in implementing event-driven architectures. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
