Job Description

Sardana concept Pvt ltd - GSS GROUP is looking for young, dynamic, energetic and career-oriented sales & marketing professionals for the profile of Business Development Executive.
Duties & Responsibilities:
o Exploring business potential, opportunities and clientele to secure profitable business volumes
o Responsible for generating leads and rigorous follow up to achieve sales targets efficiently
o Making presentations/demonstrations to prospective clients
o Relationship management with allocated new and existing business partners
o Updating and maintaining reports on progress
o Strategize along with the team on the best ways to strengthen and build Sardana Concepts as a brand and prepare roadmaps/plans for achievement

Requirements :

Minimum 6 months to 1-year experience in business development
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English and Hindi
Event planning experience is a plus
Ability to take ownership and achieve targets under pressure.
