- Job Description In this hands-on technical role in a dynamic environment, you will be working directly with developers, architects, customer-facing teams and end customers to provide superior and high-quality software delivery exceeding customer expectations. A thorough understanding of all the components of our platform and infrastructure is required in order to adopt a customer-focused perspective, applying creative insights to conceive and execute troubleshooting and diagnostic approaches cases to quickly understand and creatively address all issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn As a NSP Automation Solution Consultant/Specialist you will: Conduct needs analysis workshops with customers to gain in-depth details of business needs, specific use cases and expected project outcomes while. suggesting solutions that fulfill their needs Develop proof of concept artefact in a timely manner, while having the ability to demonstrate solution clearly on demand Document established understanding of the project goals and requirements; and share the understanding between customer and other team members. Keep connected with product and services unit product managers to understand product and service roadmap and directions; stay informed about the latest product features and service offerings. Keep regular contact with product teams and suggest strategies, initiatives, and remedies for existing or new products or product features. Provide direction, assistance and answer questions to customers and Nokia project delivery teams Key Skills And Experience The successful candidate will have strong technical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills as well as being energetic, results-oriented and will have knowledge and experience with some or all the following areas: Excellent Verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with senior executives, sales, account teams and program owners. Comprehensive understanding and experience with IP/Optical networking, OSS, and SDN technologies and business, to be able to lead technical and business discussions with internal and customers experts Strong programming skills (Python, Java, JavaScript, Golang) as well as sold grasp of Object-Oriented software design concepts. Knowledge of network management concepts, protocols, and modelling (REST, REST CONF, YANG) Experience with containerized applications (K8s), KVM, Vagrant, Docker, Openstack. Knowledge of OpenStack's Mistral Workflow Service and Intent-based networking (IBN) concepts is recommended Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
