We are looking a motivated and customer-focused Cloud Telephony Technical Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to cloud telephony systems, ensuring seamless communication services for our clients. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing system configurations, and providing proactive solutions to enhance customer experience and system reliability. Key Responsibilities:- Respond to all customer queries (primarily over email/calls) in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines. Communicates effectively, oral and written to identify and document necessary information Belongs to C-Pass Industry. Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures, service levels, based on customer demands to meet their needs and ensure quality service is given at all times. Experience:- 2+years of experience in technical support or customer service in a cloud telephony or telecommunications environment. Experience with VoIP, cloud-based phone systems, and call center software (e.g., AWS Connect, etc.) is desirable. Technical Skills:- Proficiency in troubleshooting telephony systems, VoIP, SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), call routing, and network protocols. Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and cloud-based platforms. Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., IP addressing, DNS, firewall settings). Soft Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
