- Design and execute the strategy to meet the sales and service objectives for the instrument portfolio for Vision Care.
- Continue to strengthen the product portfolio through the right pricing strategy and introduction of new, innovative products with the right GTM strategy.
- Market mapping and identifying new opportunities - product/geography
- Work in close coordination with the Global VTS team
- Lead a VTS service team based out of India

Job Specifications :
- Education
- Graduation(Bachelors in Optometry preferred)
- MBA in general principle will be given preference
- Experience
- Overall experience of 8+ years preferably in Medical Devices/ Equipment
- 4+ years of experience leading a team at a national level
