Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Staffing Manager with in-depth knowledge of the contract staffing process, labor laws, and industry regulations. The ideal candidate should have 5-6 years of experience in a reputed staffing agency and a proven track record of managing end-to-end staffing operations, client relations, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire contract staffing process, including sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and contract management. Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment. Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies in all staffing activities. Negotiate and manage staffing contracts, agreements, and client engagements. Develop and implement strategies to optimize staffing efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Maintain and manage a pipeline of candidates for various contract positions. Work collaboratively with the HR and legal teams to address any contract-related concerns. Monitor and track staffing performance metrics to ensure efficiency and service excellence. Handle employee relations, contract renewals, and terminations as per legal guidelines. Stay updated on trends, policies, and legal changes in the staffing industry. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5-6 years of experience in a reputed staffing agency, preferably in contract staffing. Strong knowledge of staffing regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Experience in contract negotiations, employee relations, and workforce planning. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HR software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience working with VMS (Vendor Management Systems) is a plus.
