Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze patient medical records

• Assign correct ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on medical documentation

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations

• Work closely with healthcare professionals to clarify medical record details

• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

• Meet productivity and quality targets in coding assignments

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology

• Attention to detail and analytical skills

• Ability to learn new coding systems and guidelines

• Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written)

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
