Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate, Workforce Management We are looking for a talented Workforce Management Analyst to join our team This role requires a blend of strong analytical skills, real-time monitoring abilities, and cross department collaboration. Focused on driving efficiency, the ideal candidate must be comfortable working with data, delivering actionable insights to leadership and flexible to adapt to evolving business requirements Responsibilities Data Analysis and Reporting: Analysing workforce data and creating reports on performance metrics such as attendance, adherence, and productivity. Evaluate workforce data to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to management. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration: Collaborate with the scheduling team to ensure that staffing schedules align with forecasted workloads. Work closely with team leaders and supervisors to resolve adherence issues such as absenteeism, tardiness or early departures. Eagerness to Learn and Grow: Demonstrates a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and continuously improving performance in response to evolving business needs. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills Bachelors degree. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of employees. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Experience in a call center or customer service environment. Familiarity with workforce management terminologies, WFM tools (e.g., NICE, Verint, Genysis, Aspect).
