Highly preferable A Technology sales leader from the Semicon industry with min 18+ Years Experience in enabling and selling to Tech / OEM/ISV /Global S.I EcosystemCapable of Blueprinting a business vision, strategy, and technology roadmapsPrimary SkillsMust possess a deep technology anchor and a strong understanding of Semicon market trends, global supply chains, and Market opportunity for the country / GeoExtensive experience in Intelligence of Tech. manufacturing in the region & Experience of (product) Design-Wins with OEM and ODM is preferableSolid understanding of Hi-Tech /Mega Semicon Players /opportunities in the region /CountrySecondary SkillsBusiness Growth Driver having a passion to fructify ideas into businesses and the ability to build highly profitable businesses from scratchCompetency in building & leading high-performing teams and developing their core skills to deliver world-class performance and drive outstanding business growthOutstanding interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of influencing and driving regional counterpartsThe candidate must have C-level Exec influence possessing time tested alliances with key industry players and Customers,
