Job Description
- As a Oracle EPM Cloud - Demo Engineering Solution Engineer, you will work as a member of a pre-sales team to solve business and technical problems for prospective clients and customers. You will uncover and understand demonstration goals laid out by the field Solution Engineering team and work with them, along with product management and demo services/provisioning teams and collaborative to come up with the best possible solution/configuration based on business and technology requirements of the clients. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engaged Responsibilities: Total Experience: 5 to 10 years in Oracle EPM Implementation Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and customize demo builds accordingly. Responsible for responding to customer RFPs for EPM functional and technical requirements. Minimum 2-3 end-to-end EPM Planning Cloud implementations (including DEV/UAT/PROD phases), either as a system implementation consultant or system administrator with developer/consultant level exposure and responsibilities to ensure successful go-live Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Planning with strong desire and ability to build simple to intermediate level complexity level application from scratch including hierarchy build and metadata management Able to set-up the system to meet the desired business process and requirements. Clearly communicate the business value of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions to address specific customer requirements. Foundational and working knowledge on ARCS., FCCS, Planning Desired functional knowledge (Full cycle planning and budgeting processes, Understanding of Chart of Accounts and/or Account reconciliation process) Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle EPM product releases, with a thorough understanding of features and functionalities across all EPM modules. Build custom demos and proofs of concept for field sales engineering. Develop compelling industry use cases for global demonstration systems. Work in partnership with NAA Shared Services, Field Solution Engineering, Demo Services, and Product Development. Collect and process new and existing EPM Cloud-related data for repository inclusion. Ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness through rigorous validation and cleansing. Maintain data integrity and accessibility throughout its lifecycle. Document data curation activities accurately and comprehensively. Develop and maintain efficient data management systems (e.g., spreadsheets, internal tools). Utilize strong analytical skills to uncover patterns and insights within existing research data. Collaborate with AI engineers to enrich data with context and connections to relevant sources. Contribute to the improvement of the AI model by testing and providing feedback on generated content. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, MBA, Information Management) Extensive Implementation experience with Oracle EPM Cloud suite across all the modules Ability to answer Customer RFx from EPM functional and technical point of view. Superior written communication skills in English Strong understanding of data curation tools and techniques (data cleaning, integration, transformation) Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
