- End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies such as job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring goals.
- Team Leadership:
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, ensuring best practices in recruitment are followed.
- Take ownership of team deliverables and support their professional growth.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in IT/non-IT sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple roles and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
