Job Title: Business Product Head LAS & LAMF Location: Mumbai What you will do: The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in loan product management, with a proven track record in a reputed new age bank, NBFC or Fintech company. This leadership role demands strong product understanding, strategic planning, and Process Management to drive business growth and profitability of LAS & LAMF. Product Strategy & Development: Define and execute the loan product strategy, including product launch, process management, and policy formulation. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to build a robust product roadmap for both the products & capital market landscape. Build a solid customer fit platform journeys in collaboration with Tech Product teams Business Development & Partnerships: Establish strategic partnerships with third-party tech providers and new lenders to expand loan offerings and enhance market reach. Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to create effective go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption. Conceptualisation of Digital Campaigns & collateral management in close working with the Marketing teams Operational Excellence: Implement technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives to streamline processes, improve service levels, and enhance customer experience. Optimize productivity, reduce costs, and ensure profitability through process innovation and automation. Apply API led tech models on front end and back end Financial & Performance Management: Drive profitability metrics while maintaining budgetary discipline, including Cost to Income and Operating Expenses. Prepare and present budgets, business plans, and financial projections to senior management. Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies for all loan products. Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing product team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Who you are: 15+ years of experience in loan product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated expertise in lending products and regulatory compliance. Proven experience in a reputed new age banks, NBFC or fintech company, preferably with a strong market presence. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive business growth. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Proficiency in digital lending platforms, financial technologies, and data-driven decision-making.
