- Job Title: Director of AI Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India CTC : 50LPA (Fixed 25LPA + ESOPS 25LPA) About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Director of AI to lead the development of AI-driven educational platforms, including an AI tutor for JEE/NEET aspirants. This role requires a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and full-stack development, along with the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise and leadership experience in building scalable AI applications. Key Responsibilities: AI Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute the AI roadmap for our education-focused AI products. Full-Stack AI Development: Oversee the development and deployment of AI-powered tutoring systems, chatbots, and adaptive learning platforms. Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Build, optimize, and scale ML/DL models using Transformer architectures (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, etc.) for personalized learning. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and full-stack developers. AI Integration: Develop and integrate AI-driven recommendation systems, speech-to-text (STT), and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies. Scalability & Performance: Architect scalable AI systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure, optimizing for efficiency and real-time interactions. Innovation & Research: Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and implement state-of-the-art techniques in AI tutoring. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to align AI initiatives with company goals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Masters/Ph.D. in AI, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field. 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers. Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning. Experience in full-stack development (React, Next.js, Django, FastAPI, Node.js). Expertise in cloud-based AI deployments (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience leading AI research and engineering teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience building AI-driven EdTech platforms. Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI ethics. Hands-on experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Published research or contributions to open-source AI projects.
