Job Description

Position Title: Network and Security Engineer Location: Indore (Work from Office) Experience: 2-5 Yrs. Shift timings: Night Shifts Job Description: We are looking for a mid-level engineer to handle patching, triaging, and maintaining our network and security infrastructure. Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, FirePower, Versa SD-WAN, Aruba Networks, ClearPass, and vulnerability management is required. This role includes after-hours and weekend support. Key Responsibilities: Patching: Apply updates for Cisco routers/switches, Palo Alto & FirePower firewalls, Versa SD-WAN, and Aruba Networks. Triaging: Monitor and resolve alerts from Cisco, Palo Alto, FirePower, Versa SD-WAN, and Aruba Networks. Firewall Management: Maintain firewall rules and policies; monitor logs and respond to incidents. SD-WAN: Administer and troubleshoot Versa SD-WAN solutions. Wi-Fi/WAPs: Manage and troubleshoot Aruba Networks Wi-Fi and ClearPass. Vulnerability Management: Conduct scans, apply patches, and address vulnerabilities. Change Management: Follow release/change management processes; document changes. Desired Skills: Experience with Cisco routers/switches, Palo Alto & FirePower firewalls, Versa SD-WAN. Familiarity with Aruba Networks, ClearPass, Wi-Fi/WAPs. Knowledge of vulnerability management and change management processes. Ability to work independently and provide after-hours support. Education & Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Palo Alto PCNSE).
