RPA Architect (Offshore) Noida Location | 10+ Years of Experience | Immediate Joiner. JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Architect to lead the design and implementation of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions within our healthcare systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in RPA technologies and a deep understanding of healthcare processes. This role involves strategic planning, designing robust RPA frameworks, and overseeing the development and deployment of automated processes to enhance operational efficiency and patient care. Core Responsibilities Lead technical design discussions and provide mentorship to junior developers Lead the design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere. Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders/product managers to identify automation opportunities and develop strategies to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Architect scalable and resilient RPA frameworks and solutions tailored to healthcare processes. Oversee the end-to-end RPA lifecycle, from process assessment and design to development, testing, and deployment. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) in all RPA solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to RPA developers and other team members. Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed RPA bots and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Stay abreast of the latest RPA technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve automation strategies. Required Technical Skills Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. (B.Tech - CS/MCA) 10+ years of professional software development experience. Proven experience as an RPA Architect or similar role, with hands-on expertise in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere. In-depth knowledge of US healthcare industry processes and regulations will be an added advantage. Strong understanding of process automation, business process management, and workflow concepts. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere). Experience with integrating RPA solutions with other healthcare IT systems (e.g., EHR, HIS). Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence applications in RPA. Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. Additional Technical Skills Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Dockers, GitHubAction. Familiarity with agile development methodologies, JIRA and confluence. Understanding of security best practices and OWASP guidelines Experience with message queuing systems and event-driven architectures. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proven leadership experience in technical environments Ability to mentor and guide junior developers Strong project management and organizational skills - Self-motivated with the ability to work NOTE - Please apply only if you are hands on in RPA tools and having relevant years of experience.,
