Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced UI/UX Design Team Lead with expertise in Web3/Gen AI product development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of innovative design solutions, excellent communication skills to interact with international clients, and the ability to lead a creative team in crafting out-of-the-box design ideas for cutting-edge projects. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the UI/UX design team to deliver high-quality design projects. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth. Oversee design processes, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. Web3 Product Design Design user-centric interfaces and experiences for Web3-based platforms, including DApps, DeFi, NFTs, and blockchain solutions. Stay updated with trends in Web3, blockchain, and decentralized technologies to deliver innovative solutions. Client Interaction Communicate effectively with international clients to gather requirements and present design concepts. Build strong client relationships by providing expert design solutions that align with their vision. Creative Problem-Solving Provide unique, out-of-the-box design ideas tailored to meet project challenges. Balance aesthetics, functionality, and user experience to create exceptional designs. Project Management Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of design with development. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and revisions efficiently. Design Tools And Processes Utilize design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other industry-standard software. Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to improve designs. Required Skills and Qualifications : . Experience Proven experience in Web3/Gen AI product development and a deep understanding of blockchain concepts. Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Technical Skills Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.) Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles. Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with international clients. Ability to provide creative, out-of-the-box design solutions. Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills. Portfolio A robust portfolio showcasing innovative UI/UX designs, particularly in Web3 or blockchain-related projects. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards. Previous experience working with international clients in product design is a must.
