The IT System Admin will be responsible for managing and maintaining the university's IT systems, providing technical support to end-users, overseeing network security, and ensuring system backups are up to date. Qualifications Experience in system administration, network administration, and IT support Knowledge of operating systems like Windows, Linux, and Unix Strong understanding of network security and firewall management Experience with virtualization technologies Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ are a plus Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,
