We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Solution Architect with expertise in cybersecurity solutions, particularly Fortinet products, to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team and customers to provide technical expertise, solution design, and demonstrations to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Technical Pre-Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions based on Fortinet security products and services. Solution Design & Architecture: Develop high-level and detailed security architectures that align with customer needs and industry best practices. Product Demonstrations & POCs: Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and workshops to showcase Fortinet solutions. Customer Engagement: Engage with clients to assess security requirements and recommend appropriate solutions, ensuring a consultative sales approach. Proposal & Documentation: Assist in preparing RFPs, RFIs, and other technical documentation to support sales engagements. Technical Training & Enablement: Educate internal teams, partners, and customers on Fortinet solutions and emerging cybersecurity trends. Industry Compliance & Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and compliance requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC2, etc.). Collaboration: Work closely with post-sales engineering and support teams to ensure seamless solution deployment and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting. Fortinet Expertise: Hands-on experience with Fortinet solutions (e.g., FortiGate, FortiSIEM, FortiAnalyzer, FortiEDR, FortiWeb, FortiNAC, etc.). Certifications: Fortinet NSE 4, NSE 5, NSE 6, or NSE 7 is highly preferred. Other cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.) are a plus. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, endpoint security, and cloud security solutions. Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand business benefits for customers and stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements.,
